Position Overview:Micron is looking for a highly ambitious ADT Photo Engineer to join our team in Taiwan. This role involves working on innovative projects to develop and implement advanced photolithography techniques for memory and storage solutions.
Responsibilities:Develop and successfully implement advanced photolithography processes to improve memory and storage solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine specific engineering requirements and deliver flawless solutions.Identify and resolve complex engineering challenges, ensuring world-class quality and reliability.Conduct detailed analysis and testing to validate process improvements.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to compete and excel in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience in photolithography process development and optimization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver outstanding results.Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.Ability to strictly adhere to project timelines and quality standards.Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive ambitious engineering projects to completion.Education and Experience:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or a related field.3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a related industry.Hands-on experience with photolithography equipment and techniques.Familiarity with industry standards and commonly used techniques in photolithography and semiconductor processes.About Micron Technology, Inc.
