- Maintaining relationships with external partners Corning operations and projects are in Shanghai and the neighboring areas.

- GA Projects execution support and managing the execution & collection of incentives for Corning operations in respective locations.

- Supporting to interface with local government agencies when business opportunities or issues occur.

- Monitoring regulation & policy changes where Corning business is, to assist in generating reports and recommendation to business and operations.

- Good Chinese and English writing skills and interpretation skills preferred;

- Well organized and good communication and coordination skills;

- Bachelor’s degree required;

- 2-3 years’ working experiences;

- Working experiences in consulting, marketing or legal preferred;

 - Strong interpersonal skills, result oriented

 - Good communicating skill in both English and Chinese

 - Have a basic understanding of government structure and policy;
