Supervise multiple game locations and front-line associates.Drive revenues and monitor games trends to maximize efficiency.Maintain prizes display/presentation of games locations.Participate in the hiring, training, developing, scheduling, motivation, support, and performance management of associates. Reorder products, ensure inventory levels are maintained and perform inventory management duties.Address and rectify guest complaints/concerns.

Qualifications:You!Previous experience working as Merchandise Sales Associate at Canada’s Wonderland (preferred). Excellent communication skills and math skills. Someone who loves helping others and support the needs of guests and employees.Someone who is cheerful and has a courteous manner with a natural smile.Individuals with a passion and excitement about Canada’s Wonderland.Availability that includes working flexible shifts on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
