Responsible for fostering a fun environment Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workersEnsures regulatory compliance with all aspects of slot machine maintenance i.e.; moves, conversions, and repairEnsures functionality of the slot maintenance systemInteracts with Slot Operations personnel and Guests while repairing slot machine functionsPrevious Slot System experience with ACSC, SDS, CDS etc. preferredWork on special projects as assignedAssist in maintaining adequate stock of parts necessary for repairsPerform preventative maintenance: clean, inspect, adjust, and test various machine partsPerform floor maintenance: trouble shoot and repair machine malfunctions and system problems as they occur during gamingAssist customers with questions and complaints regarding slot machinesProvide answers and explanations, and rectify problems as appropriateMust have an outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitudeMust enjoy hosting others BRING US YOUR BEST. Must have an outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guestsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); One to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceElectronic/mechanical troubleshooting and use of electronic test equipment experience required (ex: board testers, multi-meters, o-scopes)Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers, guests and vendorsMust possess excellent interpersonal skillsGood oral and written communication skills, must be fluent and literate in EnglishAbility to stand and walk for entire shift and mobility to move easily around entire propertyMust be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cuesMust be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air qualityWhile performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand; walk; and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
