Following the triumphant launch of our web shop in the US market in 2022, GANT Studio New York unfurled its doors on 240 Mulberry Street in February 2023. This distinctive experiential space serves as a platform to unveil our brand's products and immersive experiences to the city, industry, and our cherished GANT community. As a Brand Ambassador for GANT Retail Studio, you are the embodiment of our brand ethos, spearheading exceptional experiences for our customers. Reporting to the Winston Retail Account Manager, you play a pivotal role in crafting an inclusive environment, engaging with customers, driving sales, and supporting PR initiatives through your exemplary service, product knowledge, and public relations skills. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Extend a warm and hospitable welcome to every customer, fostering an inviting ambiance upon their entry to the studio. Product Knowledge: Proficiently discern customers' needs and adeptly communicate product features, benefits, and style suggestions to enrich their shopping experience. Visual Presentation: Collaborate in the maintenance of the sales floor and merchandise, ensuring a meticulously curated and well-stocked environment that accentuates our brand and products. Merchandising Support: Assist in unpacking, hanging/folding merchandise, and affixing security tags as necessary, contributing to the impeccable presentation and organization of the studio. Schedule Adherence: Maintain punctuality and attendance according to the work schedule, fostering teamwork by collaborating with coworkers to secure coverage when necessary. Team Collaboration: Work synergistically with the store team, account manager, and HQ to deliver a seamless and cohesive customer experience, fostering camaraderie and collaboration. Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador within the local community, embodying GANT's values and enhancing brand awareness through positive interactions with customers and stakeholders. Public Relations: Support PR initiatives by promoting brand events, fostering relationships with local influencers and media outlets, and assisting in the execution of PR campaigns and activations. Feedback and Improvement: Provide valuable feedback on customer preferences, product performance, and operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement within the studio. Qualifications Additional Technology Requirements: A smartphone is required for reporting purposes, tablets are not recommended. For iOS users, we recommend an iPhone 6 or greater and iOS of 12.0 or greater. For Android users, we recommend devices that are no more than 5 years old and updated to Android OS 9.0 or greater.
