GAP Claims Administrator
Ken Garff Automotive Group
The GAP Claims Administrator will perform the following:
+ Claims processing and support (English and Spanish)
+ Efficiently receive, organize, and review GAP and Theft claim documentation, including loan documents, police reports, and insurance evaluations
+ Approve payments for GAP claims, both accurately and in a timely manner
+ Phone support
+ Receive and process phone calls, faxes, and emails from contract holders, insurance companies, police departments, banks, accounting offices, and dealerships
+ Positively handle customer concerns and other inquiries
+ Reporting and analysis
+ Report weekly/monthly claims data to appropriate departments
+ Analyze claims data for trends and controls
+ Software maintenance
+ Help keep database current with accurate customer, vehicle, user, and bank information
+ Support for other departments and contracts, as needed
+ Receive phone calls, emails, and faxes for other types of contracts and claims. Communicate information to the appropriate adjuster
Skills:
+ Superior phone, communication, and customer relation skills, including conflict resolution
+ Bilingual English/Spanish required
+ General automotive industry, finance, and/or insurance knowledge helpful
+ Problem solving, both independent and collaborative
+ Computer proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
+ Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
+ Complete honesty and integrity
