Job Title:  Gardener Test Facility

Salary Range: $20.94/hour; plus bonus eligibility

Position Summary: Responsible for the upkeep of landscape plant material and grounds around TPI Test Facility.

Responsibilities:

•    Landscape maintenance.
•    Assist with golf course preparation.

Qualifications/Required Experience: 

•    High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
•    Minimum 1 year of horticulture or plant maintenance and all aspects of landscape maintenance required.
•    Must be able to safely handle/apply fertilizers. 
•    Routinely lift up to 50lbs and have physical stamina to complete outdoor tasks for extended periods of time (summer or winter conditions included). 
•    Strong knowledge of exterior plant care including watering needs, pest control and fertilization.
•    High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
•    Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently as well as part of the team.
•    Ability to monitor plant health, report any issues or concerns to facility superintendent.
•    Ability to safely handle and operate gardening tools and equipment.
•    Ability to operate golf carts.
•    Use various hand and power tools.
