Pay Rate: $24-28/hourDay shift: with mandatory overtime

What you'll do as Gas Construction Foreman

Perform all tasks associated with the Gas operation and direct the work for the crew in the performance of the various tasks associated with the operation. Coordinate and inspect gas work to ensure quality control, conformance to company standards and compliance of written legal contracts. Check personal and vehicle safety equipment and operation of vehicle/equipment daily. Communicate with customer, inspector, superintendent, etc. Determine construction sequence, manner and methods to be followed by reading prints, drawings, small world maps. SRC (service record cards), etc. Use a variety of tools and machines, such as power drills, grinders, saws, Fusion Equipment, and water spraying equipment. Run projects independently. Shoring Installation. Use company phone/tablet.

Work Experience

The preferred candidate might:

1 year of experience in the inside and/or outside gas contracting sector–Required.Knowledge of gas lines, and power tools, excavators, backhoe, trencher, etc. Knowledge of fusing poly pipe, poly pipe installation, meter installation, operating equipment (mini, backhoe), locus view, qualified Atmos OQs is a plus. Understand and comply with OSHA Safety regulations.Licenses and Certifications Valid driver license and driving record in compliance with our policy OQs Certification.
