Job Description
Carries out assignments related to Gas Engineering at full Mechanical or Civil Engineering level. Performs engineering which requires broad technical and company knowledge as well as originality and judgement in the technical analysis and independent evaluation, selection, and modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria. Designs new or modifies design of existing gas systems, including gas piping, pressure regulation and metering stations, odorizer facilities, and cathodic protection systems. Determines design parameters and calculates material needs, equipment sizes, and strength requirements. Makes other related engineering design calculations.

Requirements Bachelor of Science in ABET accredited Engineering Program Effective and flexible communication skills Experience with Natural Gas assets is preferred but not required Ability to travel overnight and work at remote locations when needed Entry Engineer: 0-1 years engineering work experience preferred Assistant Engineer: Minimum of one (1) year of engineering work experience required Associate Engineer: Minimum of two (2) years of engineering work experience required Engineer: Minimum of four (4) years engineering work experience required Senior Engineer: Minimum of eight (8) years engineering work experience required Professional Engineering License Demonstrated skills illustrating use of productivity, presentation, and analytical tools specific to area of expertise Demonstrated technical leadership within engineering Demonstrated positive and effective working relationships with internal and external parties
