Responsibilities:

Design and develop gas distribution systems to ensure safe and efficient delivery. Coordinate with crews to ensure seamless project execution. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Manage project schedules to meet deadlines and maintain project quality.

Requirements:

ABET accredited Bachelors degree in Engineering Proficiency in computer applications and software. Must have valid driver's license without restrictions for occasional project and client visits (up to 30%) in the Minneapolis, MN area.  AUTOCAD experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Basic understanding of utility systems GIS software experience Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Benefits & Salary: This position pays between $70,000 and $73,000 annually and is an exempt position. Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually. Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours. May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
