Job Description Insight Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives through the full project lifecycle, ensuring value delivery, benefit realization, and long-term sustainability for a large our larger utility partner in Houston, Tx. This person will be the third Project manager and, the role requires managing scope, budgets, risks, and resources while optimizing bandwidth to maximize impact on Gas stakeholders. Responsibilities include driving innovation, continuous improvement, systems integration, and operational efficiencies while developing and executing communication plans, progress reports, and stakeholder updates. The Project Manager will collaborate cross-functionally, proactively manage project changes, and leverage best practices to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes. Strong expertise in project execution, financial forecasting, and methodology enhancement is essential. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field. 5 plus years of project management experience in enterprise-wide complex projects, working with IT, managing virtual and cross-functional teams. At least 2 years experience working with Agile teams PMP and Scrum Master certifications. Experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Azure DevOps or a similar tool like Jira and Confluence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to lead and facilitate meetings.
