Providence St. Mary Medical Center is seeking a full-time, board-certified/board-eligible Gastroenterologist to join a dedicated and compassionate team in a busy Gastroenterology practice. Enjoy a healthy work-life balance and all that Walla Walla has to offer in sunny southeast Washington. * 1:4 call. 24/7 IM Hospitalists manage inpatients; call volumes are very low after 7pm; phone consults only * 80% scopes, 20% clinic and very little inpatient work when on-call * Well-supported environment focused on patient access and satisfaction * Nurse practitioner and highly specialized endoscopy and clinic team * Providence is a non-profit organization that qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) * Benefits include health, vision, dental and retirement * J1 waiver and H1-B sponsorship eligible * Experience is preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply * Formal mentorship/training program for new graduates * Competitive compensation package including generous relocation allowance, sign on and retention bonuses * Compensation is between $397,149 and $668,314 per year * Expert professional student debt advice at no charge * The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
