Gastroenterologist to join experienced, collaborative community practice
**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** **Description:** Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, one of the largest health systems in the Delaware Valley, has an excellent full time opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join our employed medical group and practice located on the Fitzgerald Campus of Mercy Catholic Medical Center in Darby, Pennsylvania. Join a collegial group of providers (3 physicians and 2 physician assistants) providing gastroenterology services in both the ambulatory and inpatient setting. Consult service with care managed by employed hopsitalist group and dedicated procedure days in new endoscopy suite all conveniently located on the Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital campus. Advanced GI capabilities are available for the highly skilled advanced provider. The unit has the capability to support Endoscopic Ultrasound procedures and ERCP procedures with stenting capability. The Endoscopy suite has GERD clinic capability with Manometry cart to perform pH impedance studies, Anal-Rectal Manometry, Smart pill, and Bravo studies. We are looking for a highly motivated advanced GI specialist to support the latter program relaunch and growth of the our programs for the THMA region. + Monday - Friday with equitable call coverage (practice and ED) + Satelite practices located in Springfield and Eastwick Endoscopy Suite + 3 procesure rooms + Anesthesiology and RN support + Olympus Edoscopy towers w/CO2 capability + 190 degree scopes (EGD/Colonoscopy/ERCP) + Argon Plasma System + Outpatient screening and diagnostic procedures Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm Requirements: + MD or DO from an Accredited Program + Completion of certified residency program + Board Certified or Board Eligible + License to practice in the state of Pennsylvania.
