Job Description
Oversee execution of Skyrizi & Rinvoq non-personal promotion (NPP) & peer-2-personal (P2P), RMM team, and Gastroenterology access manager (GAM) team. Work in a team-based environment to ensure NPP & P2P execution and RMM & GAM activities support and align with portfolio maximization goals. Engage with CD & UC Head of Marketing to ensure successful collaboration across Gastro marketing teams. Effectively orchestrates work across internal teams and external partners when needed.
Responsibilities:
+ Vision and Strategy:
+ Provide overarching leadership and direction for Marketing vision, strategies, plans and resource investment for franchise and/or functional unit. Align and lead the execution of strategy. Encompass a “One AbbVie” mindset and perspective in all strategies.
+ Provide execution direction to HCP marketing and GAM efforts to support Gastro portfolio goals.
+ Actively engage with CD & UC Head of Marketing to ensure successful collaboration across Gastro marketing teams.
+ Leadership:
+ Set tone and priorities for scale and scope of accountability. Influence and persuade across multiple external and internal constituents (stakeholders and partners). Lead and develop direct, indirect, and cross-business team. Infuse AbbVie Ways of Working and Talent Philosophy in day-to-day leadership and management of the business. Uses coaching effectively and efficiently to create high-performing, inclusive teams and elevate team’s marketing skills and knowledge.
+ + Provide leadership to large team that encompasses both NPP & P2P execution, RMMs, and GAM.
+ Provide strategic leadership over RMM team that is responsible for understanding customer insights and developing use of innovative marketing resources (peer to peer programming, spend allocations, speaker utilization, and programs) based on regional market dynamics.
+ Oversee HCP Marketing Director and support management and building of KOL relationships.
+ Action and Accountability:
+ Determine appropriate action, execution, tracking and monitoring of Marketing Plans by employing marketing skills including the Mx2.0 framework.
+ Market Awareness:
+ Maintain focus on and consistently triangulate market dynamics, constituents’ needs, and business priorities to determine best, market-advantaged course of action.
+ Strategic Impact:
+ Formulate and adjust business plans and actions to achieve business objectives and goals, including financial, constituents and market results. Grow and gain share and penetration. Take and recommend appropriate strategic decisions and actions for the best interest of AbbVie, the Gastro portfolio and Skyrizi at the varying life cycle stages.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s Degree required
+ 10+ years of marketing experience required
+ Prior director level experience required
+ Prior brand marketing or sales experience preferred
+ Understanding of buy-and-bill preferred
+ In-field leadership experience preferred
+ Cross-functional and/or similar experiences preferred; including field sales, finance, regulatory, research & development and other relevant business functions, like Managed Care, MABI

Salary: $172,000 - $326,500
