We are seeking enthusiastic professionals to join our team as a Gatehouse Attendant! Our ideal candidate will utilize service expertise by proactively establishing good relations with residents, visitors, vendors, and team members. This position requires the ability to multitask and communicate effectively.

Schedule for the position?

\n

We are currently looking for someone for a part-time position with flexible hours.

\n

\n

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

\n\nCreate a welcoming environment and establish good relations with residents, visitors, vendors, and team members.\nMaintain an engaging service environment with a ready-to-serve attitude.\nCommunicate resident concerns to the management team immediately and effectively.\nMaintain all applicable logs, updates, files, and relevant computer and/or paper log systems relevant to service operations.\nMonitor entrances and exits to ensure our property remains secure.\nUtilize utmost discretion for our residents to ensure their privacy.\nAbility to think on your feet and problem-solve while remaining resourceful, courteous, and professional.\nMust be team-oriented.\nImplement the site-specific processes and protocols contained in the Gatehouse Post Orders.\nControl and/or monitor vehicle ingress to specific areas.\nObserve suspicious activity and/or potentially unsafe conditions. Document, report, follow-up as required.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

\n\nExcellent oral skills, ability to interface with all levels of an organization\nStrong organizational skills with a keen sense of detail; no detail goes unnoticed\nKnowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a plus\nPositive, outgoing, and attentive demeanor\nSelf-driven with proven reliability and consistency Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.\nProfessional customer service skills.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.\nInterpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills.\n\n

Education and Experience

\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED Required\n0 - 3 years of directly related or closely related experience\n\n

Working Conditions

\n\nNon-Typical office environment (frequent standing, walking, talking, etc.), both inside activities and outside activities.\nAble to withstand being outdoors and exposed to all weather conditions throughout assigned shift\n\n
