To settle accurately and on time payouts towards ILD/SMS IUC bills, without incurring additional cost on account of disputes  Provide necessary information to operator in support of the dispute. Raise, follow up and close the variation in the invoices raised by the operator. To minimize settlement variances and ensure zero bad debts for ILD/SMS Bills Ensure minimum variations between the company’s and the customers by implementing the solution after doing root cause analysis. Ensure timely dispatch of accurate bills to customers. Co-ordinate with different departments in the company to resolve the issues that the customers raise. DOT and Tax Compliances.

 

Major Challenges :

Ensure zero bad debts Timely dispute handling and resolution thereof as well payment.
