BUSINESS SEGMENT AND ROLE OVERVIEW

Equities & FICC: We make markets in and clear client transactions on major stock, options and futures exchanges worldwide. Through our global sales force, we maintain relationships with our clients, receiving orders and distributing investment research, trading ideas, market information and analysis.

The Nordic Solution Sales Group is looking for an Analyst/Associate to join the team in Stockholm with a particular focus on Swedish and Finnish clients. The group works with a variety of institutional clients (e.g. pension funds asset managers, banks) and third party distributors (e.g. private banks, broker-dealers, and registered investment advisors) to distribute Securities Division products. These products include structured OTC Derivatives and structured Notes that enable clients to achieve their investment goals. Salespeople are responsible for selling Securities Division products, pricing and executing innovative derivative transactions and developing trade ideas, analysis and solutions in close cooperation with multiple structuring teams. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting senior sales staff in building relationships with institutional clients & providing investment advice on global equities, macro & strategy research.Liaising with structuring and trading teams, producing analysis and presentations, and participating in marketing and roadshow events.Liaising with our research team to provide high calibre information to our clients and address specific client requests.Involved in project management and client administration

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

This role requires a highly motivated candidate who displays a passion for the markets, can manage multiple tasks in an efficient and accurate manner while working in an international fast-moving environmentNative Swedish or Finnish speaker with excellent English skills – excellent written and verbal communicationWillingness to relocate to Stockholm1-3 years of experience in financial servicesStrong interest in global financial markets & derivative instrumentsQuantitative, with client service orientation and strong attention to detailResourcefulness and creativity in addressing new commercial opportunitiesProficient in using spreadsheets and preparing presentation material/pitch booksHigh degree of intellectual curiosity
