Job Overview and Responsibilities *

Syensqo is creating its internal Global Business Services (GBS) to cover Finance, Procurement and Human Resources activities.  We offer you to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment and to contribute to this group’s transformation.

Join our GBS Procurement e-Auction team in a context of a digital transformation, to support the acceleration of  e-sourcing capabilities across the Syensqo Group.

 

This role is key in supporting and enhancing e-Sourcing activities and contributing to the knowledge base and capabilities within the Global Business Service Procurement Service Line organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare tools essential for executing e-Sourcing activities (RFx & eAuctions) Conduct mock/live e-auctions for business purposes, in partnership with buyers Provide support for RFx and/or e-Auction processes Assist buyers in data management, leading to the creation of events Train the buyers on e-auction tools / e-auction specifics Support and train suppliers on e-Sourcing specifics Support buyers for results & analysis, and offering expertise in events results analysis Ensure compliance to the E-sourcing process  Foster a culture embracing the adoption of e-Sourcing tools in alignment with Syensqo governance

 

Education and Experience *

Experience in Procurement tools and processes, preferably in E-procurement/E-sourcing tools (SAP Ariba Sourcing, Keelvar, or Coupa) 

Possess a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field

Must-have skills *

Understanding of tool management preparation and knowledge of procurement process

Good communication skills, with a supporting mindset

Problem-Solving capabilities

High level of initiative 

Quick learner/willingness to learn and develop

Autonomous

Nice-to-have skills

Prior background in Procurement or e-Sourcing

Must-have language skills

Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
