Job Overview and Responsibilities
Syensqo is creating its internal Global Business Services (GBS) to cover Finance, Procurement and Human Resources activities. We offer you to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment and to contribute to this group’s transformation.

Our Performance and Talent team is integrated in the GBS HR Service Line and part of the People Services, Learning & Development & Workforce Data Administration Service Unit.
As a Team Leader you will lead and develop a team of 15 people located in Lisbon and Bangkok center mainly responsible for:
Performance tool support Talent Acquisition tool support Talent Acquisition operation support Support translation and review of materials for Talent Acquisition service unit and/or other similar documentations Pulse survey
Key Responsibilities of a Team Leader
Education and Experience
Master degree in the relevant domain Minimum of 5 years experience in the relevant domain Experience in Team Management
Must have skills
Proven people management experience Effective organizational skills and ability to navigate through different levels of the organization High level of Communication skills, in a global context SAP experience in the domain Proactive with a high level of initiative Strong collaboration skills Good data analysis skills Good data management skills User orientation mindset Attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively Fluent in English (both written & spoken) A fluent knowledge of one of these additional languages: French, German, Italian, Chinese (Nice to have)
