**Join Our Team as a Procurement Specialist** 📍 **Location:** Porto, Hipercentro Areosa Business Park 🏠 **Working from home/office -** Hybrid working model (2 days per week in office) **What’s the role about?** Provide operational procurement support for GKN plants internationally within the GBS Procurement Porto service related scope. **What you'll do?** + Perform daily operational GBS procurement contract and order management related activities according to instructions: price updates, price validation and price discrepancy resolution, requisition validation, purchase order creation and follow-up. + Perform month-end related operational activities, such as extraction of reports and simple data preparation to use in reports. + Communicate efficiently with the main internal stakeholders: local and global teams, Accounts Payable Team; and external suppliers whenever necessary. + Communicate efficiently within the team being a team player. + Learn and develop technical and process related skills. + Adhere to service levels. + Adhere to policies and procedures. + Support others by carrying out simple procurement tasks.
