For our GBS team, we are looking for a Specialist - VAT Tax to help us drive GBS O2C Business within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.

You'll make an impact by

VAT invoices issuanceVAT Output month-end reconciliation report between GTS and SAPTax documents archiving，including the booking slip of the invoice, the required supporting documents for cancel invoice and credit invoice, etc. 
Design and implementation of process optimization projects,Assistance in tax auditCommunication with local tax authoritiesAdjustment of working process in time with tax policy change

Your defining qualities

Bachelor's degree or above in accounting related majorFollow China Invoice regulation and SOA requirementsmore than 3 years related working experience, ERP system (e.g. SAP) skills preferredGood communication skills and team spiritCustomer orientation and service attitudeIntermediate oral and written English skillsMicrosoft office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.), Continuous improvement, attention to detail, analytical thinking, work under pressure, be in open mind and growth mindset
