Overview:
This position manages part of a functional team responsible for the preparation and completion Global Capital Markets’ Administrative Account Reviews.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Administrative Account Review functional team is responsible for supporting Global Capital Markets’ commitment to risk management and client service by completing specific tasks in connection with the periodic review of institutional client accounts.
Responsible for the leadership, problem resolution, analysis and reporting for a mid-sized team within GCM Service Delivery ensuring all work is complete timely and accurately, and as defined by pertinent policies and regulations. In conjunction with management, lead the development and implementation of process improvements to increase service, processing, profitability and regulatory compliance. Partner with management and colleagues to maintain all administrative, operational and risk management support for Unit. Engage with staff and peers when necessary in the resolution of problems through application of industry and experiential knowledge and skillsServe as primary point of escalation for team and supported products; make recommendations for services to correct and/or enhance the client experience. Resolve problems and respond to client requests in a timely manner. Exercise usual authority of a manager concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations, performance management and terminations. Collaborates with management, internal partners, relationship management, and transaction management to design, implement and continuously ensure proper controls are in place for assigned functional group.High level knowledge of and developed skillsets in functional capabilities (e.g., account administration) for applicable products.Manage relationships with internal and external partners and clients; assess issues requiring immediate attention in a timely manner and drive the resolution of identified issues through the normal course of business utilizing available resources.Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of corporate policies and procedures related to the administrative role.Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank & WTNA brand.Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.Scope of Responsibilities:

Education and Experience Required:Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years’ related experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 3 years’ related experience

The pay range for this position is $102,939.06 - $171,565.10 Annual (USD).
