GCP CCAI Architect/Lead

Job Description

As a Google Cloud Native Architect, you will play a key role in crafting and architecting scalable, resilient, and highly available cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud. You will work closely with product teams, collaborators, and other architects to build innovative and efficient cloud architectures. Your expertise in cloud-native patterns, containerization, microservices, Kubernetes, and serverless computing will help guide the transformation of businesses using GCP.

Key Responsibilities

Experience with CCaas platform/CCAI technologies- Dialogflow, Insights, and Agent Desktop and Agent Assist, would be beneficial.Must have good working experience CCaas platform integration with Virtual agent, CCAI technologies, Dialog flow CX function within Contact CentersExperience in CCAI Transformation projectsExperience in of Google Vertex AI - Gen AI features.Experience in laying out architecture plan and roadmapEstimation, Creating Technical design solutionsExperience and working knowledge of Integration with downstream and connected systemsCross-functional abilities required, as is the capacity to work across diverse teams and projects.Comfortable communicating directly with customers to understand their needs.Some experience in project management is helpful.Clear verbal and written communication skills are important, including the ability to write documentation#LI-RR1Life at Capgemini
