Your key responsibilities

•    Contribute to product design and establishment of requirements
•    Deliver products consistently, on time, and on budget
•    Manage a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries
•    Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence
•    Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns
•    Analyze customer orders, set delivery priorities and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals
•    Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving
•    Make critical business decisions to meet customer expectations
•    Experience in converting business problems/challenges to technical solutions
•    Develop standardized practices for delivering new products and capabilities
•    Established experience with project management programs, SCRUM, and different variants of AGILE techniques, along with familiarity with code management and Continuous Integration/Delivery Implementation (CI/DI)

 

To qualify for the role, you must have:
•    10+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years in cloud data science
•    Proven experience as an AI or Machine Learning Engineer or similar role (data science, GenAI)
•    Proven data modelling experience in either Financial, Telecommunication, or Marketing sector
•    Exposure in Data Engineering principles
•    Has successfully implemented multiple BAU models
•    Understanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture
•    Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics and algorithms
•    Highly proficient in writing robust code in Python, Java, and R
•    Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn)
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
•    MBA in Data Science or Statistics - nice to have
