GE Aerospace US Human Resources Leadership Program Intern - Summer 2025
Job Description SummaryHelp invent the future of flight, lift people up, and bring them home safely as a GE Aerospace intern! You'll build relationships with interns and leaders through intern community events and grow through professional development and mentoring options. Job Description

Essential Responsibilities 

The Human Resources Leadership Program Internship will allow you to impact the future of the HR organization. During the 10-12 weeks, you will be focused on projects in HR areas such as HR generalist, employee relations, recruiting, learning and development, compensation and benefits, or acquisition integration. We offer meaningful, impactful work and a jam-packed summer events calendar that includes team building, career development opportunities, and more. 

 

Qualifications/Requirements: 

Enrolled in a master’s degree focusing on business or human resources disciplines (e.g., industrial & labor relations, industrial & organizational psychology, organizational behavior, finance, law) 

Minimum 3.0 cumulative G.P.A. off a 4.0 scale 

Willing to work in Cincinnati, OH

 

Eligibility Requirements: 

Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology. Benefits: 

Pay rates for this position (pursuing master’s degree) is set at $38/hour. Relocation support and housing assistance is available for those who relocate to a new city.
