Geek Squad Health Agent
The Geek Squad Health Agent uses empathy, soft skills, a willingness to affect meaningful change, and attention to detail. This role works in an evolving business environment and has the ability to provide direct feedback to shape the business. They will be responsible for delivering, installing, uninstalling and troubleshooting health-based technology products. These include Personal Emergency Response Systems (PERS), tele-health and remote patient monitoring devices.

Key ResponsibilitiesDrives a positive customer experience by building relationships and providing solutions to their needs.Achieve and maintain health regulatory and compliance requirements in order to perform the full scope of work on all types of products.Performs a variety of fulfillment duties including delivery, installation, integration, troubleshooting and uninstallation of medical devices.Provides an exceptional client experience in a variety of locations that may include medical facilities, hospitals, living communities and personal homes.Manages company inventory and vehicle maintenance, processes paperwork and payments and provides employee development opportunities.Basic QualificationsCurrent, valid driver's licenseHave and maintain a driving record which meets Best Buy safety standards (e.g. minimal number of violations/accidents, etc.)Must be at least 21 years of ageAbility to consistently lift products weighing over 75 pounds (support tools such as a harness, dolly or lift may be provided depending on the type of work being performed)1 year of experience directly working with clients across all stages of lifePrevious experience with in-home or on-site customer support in a related field such as technology or healthcarePreferred QualificationsMulti-lingualSenior sensitivity training or experienceHealth care experience with an emphasis on technology supporting well-being
