Purpose of Role: This role is responsible for servicing and developing Weir products in the Middle East region. It offers a hands-on opportunity to work with GEHO, HPGR, and HD pumps, ensuring their efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support & Service: Provide hands-on technical support for commissioning, maintenance, and installation of GEHO, HPGR, and HD pumps, ensuring the highest service standards.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through field service and regular sales activities, providing periodic updates and improvement recommendations.

Business Development & Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities, register on government and corporate portals to secure service contracts, and expand the product portfolio within the region.

Sales & Technical Quotations: Follow up on new and existing opportunities, analyze market needs, and ensure service levels meet customer expectations.

Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero-harm behaviors in support of our drive toward developing a world-class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

National Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

3-5 years of experience in an engineering manufacturing/mining environment.

Experience in project management and technical knowledge of GEHO, DH Pumps, and HPGR is advantageous.

Strong communication, presentation, selling, and negotiation skills with a proactive and self-motivated approach.

Valid Driver’s License with the ability to travel extensively to mining locations within the region.

Knowledge of general contract processes, procedures, and systems.
