What You'll Do
As a Co-Op within BCG's Technology and Digital Advantage Practice (TDA), you will be providing and developing AI (with a strong focus on GenAI) and digital transformation expertise and insights as part of our AI and digital transformation team. Our team works with clients across all industries helping them understand where they are in their AI and digital transformation journey, define successful roadmaps, build world-class AI and digital products, reimagine customer experiences, evolve their talent and leadership, and transform their ways of working to accelerate towards an (Gen)AI-driven future. You will work to provide analysis and expert advisory based on BCG's proprietary AI and digital transformation approaches, tools, and case experiences. You will also serve as a thought partner expert to topic/sector leaders, leading the development of intellectual property (e.g., thought leadership studies), approaches, and tools.

Must be enrolled in Northeastern University and eligible to participate in the Co-op programPast experience or coursework in related to (Gen)AI/digital transformation/digital strategy topicsPursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems or similarExcellent teaming and project management skillsFluency in English; fluency in Spanish or German a plusOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with a variety of stakeholders in a global collaborative team environmentProficiency in Python or similar a plus
