Duties and Responsibilities Gallatin College seeks part-time instructors to teach courses in Bozeman at either our MSU or East Frontage Rd locations in one or more of the following specialty areas: + Professionalism + Professional Communication + Interviewing Skills + Resume Building Required Qualifications – Experience, Education, Knowledge & Skills + For all Workforce programs: occupational experience in the field is required. Academic degrees or industry certifications may be required depending on the course. + Demonstrated experience working with and engaging diverse students and colleagues within and outside the department Preferred Qualifications – Experience, Education, Knowledge & Skills + Prior teaching experience. + Three or more years industry experience in management or hiring. + Demonstrated commitment to student, faculty, and staff diversity The Successful Candidate Will + Work professionally and effectively with diverse individuals. + Possess effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. + Have the ability to contribute positively to the academic success of the students and the mission of Gallatin College Montana State University + Have an appreciation of diverse constituencies and add intellectual diversity to the department.
