A leading FinTech company is seeking a top-notch Senior Machine Learning Engineer for a direct hire position to support their high-traffic, high-impact products

The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in both Python and Java, with exposure to cloud technologies and a strong background in machine learning. This role involves developing ML algorithms on top of a speech-to-text application to enhance customer service efficiency and experience.

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. At least 7 years of experience in software development. Strong proficiency in Python and Java. Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably GCP (but open to any cloud). Ability to mentor junior staff and participate in high-level discussions on architecture and microservices. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Experience with speech-to-text applications. Familiarity with financial institutions or the banking industry. Previous experience in research and development. Ability to generate patents or intellectual property.
