Summary of Role: You are part of a team developing GenAI models using pre-training and fine-tuning techniques to generate code from specifications involving text and images. Essential Responsibilities: + Deliver on OKRs and milestones. + Architect and micro-architect end to end pipeline for GenAI model development. + Deploy applications and provide training to ensure adoption and continued usage. + Develop and manage AI/ML infrastructure. + Continuously monitor efficient usage of cloud resources. + Collaborate with other domain teams to deliver the GenAI solutions. Other Responsibilities: + Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs. + Collaborate with cross functional teams (Corporate IT Cloud Engg, IT Architecture, Central CAD, PDK Infrastructure, Silicon Validation, Post Fab, and Cloud vendors). Required Qualifications: + Education – 2 years experience with masters degree in Computer science or Artificial Intelligence or related field. + 2+ years of experience in Python based automation, distributed code versioning. + 2+ years of experience in data pipelines, extraction and engineering. + 2+ years of experience in LLM, Multi-modal, Fine-tuning, Computer vision. + Experience with version control software like Git, Perforce etc. + Fluency in English Language – written & verbal. Preferred Qualifications: + Certification or projects in GenAI, Fine-tuning, transformers. + Hackathon, Kaggle, Hacker-rank participation and ranking is preferred. + Certification in database usage and architecture is preferred. + Ability to navigate ambiguity. + Demonstrated innovation and creativity. + Strong written and verbal communication skills.
