We’re looking for a dynamic and versatile Support Specialist to join our team offshore. This role offers a unique opportunity to support the Conversational Banking Crew across various operational tasks and contribute to the efficient execution of our AI strategy at UBS. The ideal candidate will assist with access rights management, coordination, training sessions, and preparation of senior management slide decks, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication.

Responsibilities:

• support the rollout of Gen AI tools (manage access rights, coordinate and organize training sessions, and assist in the execution of these sessions)
• prepare and review training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective
• assist in the preparation of senior management slide decks, providing clear and impactful presentations
• proactively monitor and address operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of assignments
• enhance internal and external communication to improve transparency and foster a culture of continuous improvement and cross-team collaboration
• maintain a high level of organization and self-management, prioritizing tasks effectively and ensuring all operational needs are met
