General Accounting Specialist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Performs complex accounting clerical functions - Prepares and enters transactions to the accounts payable system
- Review payment and invoice from vendor and consultant and upload to PAT platform for approval.
- Preparing for payment documents and arrange payment.
- Preparing for accounting vouchers both in Vision and Kingdee system.
- Review employee reimbursement, make communicate with employees as necessary to ensure reimbursement complies with company policies.
- Collaborating with external auditors to complete annual statutory audit.
- External communication with statistics bureau and other government departments in Beijing.
- Preparing for tax declaration, maintain good communication with tax authorities in Beijing.
- Preparing for monthly and annual financial statement, provide useful financial information and reports as requested by management team.
- Preparing for monthly project review and financial analysis as required.
- Filing for vouchers and other accounting documents.
- Prepares journal entry to post expense report activity.
- May assist with special projects as needed.
- May assist in training of new staff.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance related field or above
- 7+ year working experience
- Proficiency in using MS Office System
- Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English, both verbal and written
- High standards of personal integrity
- Principled and Prudent
- Quick learner and work independently under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
- Take initiative in day-to-day work environment
