Investigates, evaluates, negotiates, and resolves property claims which are the most complex in coverage and represent the company's largest damage exposures. Provides a high level of technical expertise to many customers/clients on a national level, using a combination of virtual investigation and physical investigation methods. Handles claims primarily valued over $100,000 but the exposure size may vary based on other complexity factors and/or business needs. Develops claim file strategies with clients to demonstrate our Claims Value Proposition and consistently achieve accurate and timely claim outcomes.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is requiredAdvanced degree in Law, Engineering or Business is preferred Professional designation (i.e. PE, CPA, AIC, ARM or CPCU) is desired 5+ years experience in large loss/complex P&C claims handingExperience with mechanical/electrical equipmentExperience with financial statements and forensic accounting
