Job Description:

Duties include inspection, diagnoses, repair, and replacement of general parts and accessories for cars and light trucksPerform fluid exchanges, general inspections and maintenance, brake inspection, battery, and electronics workPerform a variety of other duties: replacing wiper blades, bulbs, performing test drivesAssisting other technicians in performing technical activitiesFocus on building customer relationships and their current and future needsCommunicate vehicle problems and proposed solutions to customer and/or supervisorMaintaining an organized and neat bay

Qualifications:

Automotive repair experience in a professional shop environment is preferredStrong verbal communication skillsStrong customer service skillsHigh-level of motivation, energy, and a customer-focused attitudeTeam-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer serviceFollow company procedures and protocol
