Key Responsibilities: * Contract Analysis: Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure they comply with legal regulations and company policies * Drafting and Negotiation: Assist in drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contracts with internal and external stakeholders * Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks in contract terms and propose mitigation strategies * Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all contracts are in compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards * Documentation Management: Maintain organized records of all contracts and related documents * Stakeholder Communication: Communicate and clarify contract terms and conditions with relevant stakeholders * Process Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to contract management processes and systems * Reporting: Prepare regular reports on contract status, compliance, and performance metrics
