-Position:First (1st) Shift General Clerk

\n

-Shift:6:00am-6:00pm (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday)

\n

-Pay:$19.60 per hour + $2.25 freezer = $21.85

\n

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal will also have the following skills:Supply Chain, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Inventory Control, Auditing, Transportation, Trucking, Shipping, Receiving.

\n

Aminimum of (1) one year's experience in the following:

\n

\n

-Maintaining high levels of customer service and timely oral and written communication with client representatives as well as representatives and drivers of trucking and transportation companies to achieve and maintain high service levels.

\n

-Perform operational tasks to ensure highest customer standards within one or more departments to include: inbound, outbound, domestic and international shipping, receiving.

\n

-Experience using a commercial WMS (warehouse management system) such as Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP, etc.

\n

Responsibilities Include

\n\nChecking in/out drivers with the proper paper work.\nOrganizing the flow of inbound trailers for the warehouse team to recieve.\nAnswer emails from carrier providing updates and infromation on behalf of the warehouse.\nThis is an office job where you will spend about half of the time sitting and half on your feet.\n

Role Purpose:

Assists department, performing any combination of clerical duties requiring general knowledge and application of various work methods and procedures.

Key Accountabilities:

Manually prepares purchase orders for signature.Answers telephones, conveys messages, and runs errands.Operates various office machines, opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail.Maintains the site’s filesConducts limited research.Prepares, issues, and sends out receipts, bills, policies, invoices, statements, and checks.

Required Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred0-2 years related experience, preferred
