We have an outstanding Contract to Hire position for aGeneral Clerk to join a leading Company located in theProvidence, RIsurrounding area. Pay Rate: $26.50 Job Responsibilities: + Provide operations, mechanical maintenance, and custodial services for Federal buildings and courthouses. + Operating a multi-line phone system and assisting in a variety of administrative matters. + Maintaining financial or other records (stored both manually and electronically). + Verifying statistical reports for accuracy and completeness, compiling information. + Handling/adjusting complaints. Basic Hiring Criteria: + Must have a minimum of four (4) years related office administrative experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent required. + Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and will be required to learn the GSAs NCMMs system of preventive maintenance tracking. + Maximo CMMS software experience is a plus.
