We have an outstanding Contract to Hire position for a General Clerk to join a leading Company located in the Worcester, MA surrounding area.
Job Responsibilities:  Provide operations, mechanical maintenance, and custodial services for Federal buildings and courthouses.Operating a multi-line phone system and assisting in a variety of administrative matters.Maintaining financial or other records (stored both manually and electronically).Verifying statistical reports for accuracy and completeness, compiling information.Handling/adjusting complaints. 
Basic Hiring Criteria:Must have a minimum of four (4) years related office administrative experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent required.Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and will be required to learn the GSAs NCMMs system of preventive maintenance tracking.  Maximo CMMS software experience is a plus.
