General Clerk - Credit Balance Team

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Prepare and mail letters and refund documents each week Perform file management functions to include attaching refund documentation to accounts. Processing patient refunds as needed, as well as performing address searches. Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and add data as needed.  Provide administrative support to members of the Credit Balance Team. Performs other tasks as assigned to support the goals of the organization.
