This is an exciting opportunity to manage construction & deconstruction of commercial kitchen solutions in relocatable structures such as Mobile, Modular and Containerized buildings in the field.


"A Day in the Life"

As a Construction Tech, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

“What You’ll Do”

Lead and manage the installation of structures or fixtures such as windows, frames, flooring, trim, or hardware using hand or power tools per plan, drawings, and current relevant building codes.Oversee maintenance services, repairs, and construction in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling, and electrical.Supervise construction work related to remodeling or modifying modular buildings.Direct the demolition, replacement, or construction of walls, including framing, drywall, and other finish-out functions.Ensure materials are shaped or cut to specified measurements as noted on building plans or reasonably implied.Lead and promote the practice of 5S and LEAN methodologies in the workplace.Perform other duties as assigned.

“Must Haves”

Skilled in using both manual and power tools, following operating guidelines.Ability to use mathematics to calculate length, width, depth, etc., ensuring accuracy in construction specs and requirements.Capable of following spoken and written instructions and working in a fast-paced construction environment with minimal guidance.Ability to safely perform all tasks and understand the company’s safety policies and procedures. PPE Requirements, HiVis shirt, steel/composite toe leather boots, safety glasses, cut resistant gloves, and hard hat must be worn every day.Deliver high-quality work consistent with the company’s construction standards.Able to take, record, and follow standard measurements, cutting or separating materials to specific measurements or quantities.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate team members.In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.Basic analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to work outside in variable weather conditions occasionally.Position requires manual dexterity and the ability to maintain physical activity for most of the dayMust be able to lift up to 100 pounds and hold or lift a variety of objectsAble to carry, bend, stoop, turn, kneel, crawl, climb a ladder and other manual labor activities

“Nice to Haves”

Electrical/plumbing knowledge is a plus.
