**General Contractor (WEEKLY PAY)** FULL TIME AND FULL BENEFITS **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Working Supervisor to oversee and drive projects within the retail food sector. The position requires a strong in project management, ensuring the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion, managing customer experiences, supporting operational needs, and implementing innovative solutions. The successful candidate will ensure projects align with our strategic goals and meet industry standards. **Responsibilities** + Manage various projects from initiation through completion. + Oversee and drive projects within the retail food sector. + Ensure projects align with strategic goals and meet industry standards. + Manage customer experiences and support the needs of operations. + Implement innovative solutions. + Use hand and power tools, and perform carpentry work. + Ensure compliance with quality processes and regulations. + Troubleshoot issues related to mechanical and electrical aspects of projects. **Essential Skills** + Approximately 10 years of experience in a commercial construction environment. + Strong project management skills. + Experience in troubleshooting, construction, quality processes, and compliance. + Proficiency in planning skills and the use of hand and power tools. + Carpentry experience. + Mechanical and electrical knowledge. + Strong supervisory skills. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00/yr. 401K, medical, dental, vision, paid time off/vacation, holiday pay.
