We have partnered with a facility in Chicago, IL for 4 General Dentist openings. It is a 6-month contract with an option to extend. RESPONSIBILITIES: + Routine/Preventative Care – i.e., annual cleanings and X-rays, + Urgent Care – painful conditions of the tooth, mouth, or gums, + Examinations/ Diagnostic Services - visual examination of the mouth, teeth, gums, and soft and hard tissue with radiographic, + Restorative Services – to include permanent fillings and temporary fillings + Develop and adhere to individualized treatment plan for each patient with a dental condition + Patient Load - 12-15 Daily + Agers: 18 & up JOB REQUIREMENTS: + IL License + DEA + BLS WORK ENVIRONMENT: + Schedule & Weekly Hours: Mon-Fri – 8- 4 + 3 month credentialing + Paid weekly for every hour you work, whether you see patients or not. + We cover/provide Malpractice insurance for you!
