Schedule (days/hours) Monday thru Friday Responsibilities Be the Hero of Oral Health: Conduct comprehensive dental exams, diagnose oral health issues, and create personalized treatment plans that make patients smile—literally. Spread the Knowledge: Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment tips to keep their teeth healthy and their smiles bright for years to come. Team Captain Duties: Lead and inspire your team of dental assistants, hygienists, and staff to deliver smooth, coordinated, and exceptional patient care. Keep the Records Straight: Maintain precise and thorough patient records, including treatment plans, procedures performed, and progress notes, because details matter. Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with the latest advancements in dentistry by attending seminars, completing continuing education, and bringing innovative techniques to your practice. Play by the Rules: Follow ethical and legal standards, adhere to regulatory guidelines, and safeguard patient confidentiality like a pro. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school. Active state dental license (or in the process of obtaining).
