**Job Title: Electrician - Panel Building Project**
**Job Description**
Join our team as an Electrician for a significant project involving electrical panel building. The project will last until at least September of this year, with the possibility of extension based on new projects and workload. We aim to build 500 panels across 11 unique types by September 2025. Successful candidates may have the opportunity to transition to a direct employee role based on their performance, teamwork, and attendance. Employees are required to work 40-50 hours a week with flexible scheduling options. A minimum of basic hand tools is required, and additional tools are available in the tool cage.
**Responsibilities**
+ Build and assemble electrical panels according to specifications.
+ Work in teams of 1-2 to tackle each panel type in a repetitive fashion until completion.
+ Route cables based on blueprint specifications.
+ Utilize blueprints and schematics for accurate panel construction.
+ Ensure high-quality control and adherence to safety standards, including lockout/tagout procedures.
+ Perform industrial machine control wiring and control circuits (AC/DC).
**Essential Skills**
+ 3-5 years of experience as an electrician.
+ Experience with industrial machine control wiring.
+ Proficiency in control circuits (AC/DC) and lockout/tagout procedures.
+ Ability to route cables based on blueprint specifications.
+ Experience with electrical panel building.
+ Detail-oriented approach to work.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ UL Certification.
+ Experience with live wiring.
+ High-level QA/QC aptitude.
+ Automation experience, including robotics and troubleshooting.
+ Background in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
+ Experience as a maintenance technician or in related fields.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lewis Center, Ohio.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr.
