CVP subsidiary Titan-Auxo, LLC is seeking General Engineers to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) operations. This role will provide overarching professional services focusing on engineering in all aspects of healthcare delivery processes/systems and ensure appropriate infrastructure, facilities, and equipment are available for the medical mission.
Location: 2962 South Longhorn Drive, Lancaster, TX 75134
Operating Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 and 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Monday through Friday
Responsibilities Provide engineering expertise to support CMOP operations and infrastructureAnalyze and optimize healthcare delivery processes and systemsEnsure appropriate infrastructure, facilities, and equipment are available for pharmacy operationsDevelop and implement engineering solutions to improve efficiency and effectivenessCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support CMOP objectivesConduct facility assessments and recommend improvementsParticipate in project planning and execution related to CMOP infrastructure and systemsProvide technical guidance on equipment selection, installation, and maintenanceEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and standards Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET)-accredited program OR Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with courses including differential and integral calculus and five of following areas of engineering science or physics:statics, dynamicsstrength of materials (stress-strain relationshipsfluid mechanics, hydraulicsthermodynamicselectrical fields and circuitsnature and properties of materials (relating particle and aggregate structure to propertiesany other comparable area of fundamental engineering science or physics, such as optics, heat transfer, soil mechanics, or electronics.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in engineering, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical settingsStrong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and standardsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in relevant software tools and technologies

Familiarity with healthcare delivery processes and systemsFamiliarity with VA environmentAdditional Requirements:
U.S. citizenship requiredAbility to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
