Job Summary:
Promotes Helmer values as demonstrated in personal productivity and quality of work, management of internal/external relationships, actively seeking out and participating in Continuous Improvement practices, and willingness to engage and support team initiatives.Comply with workplace safety proceduresRegular and reliable attendance, which includes punctuality and working scheduled overtime, is necessary to meet our commitment to provide quality products and service to our customer.Perform one or more of the following based on business need:Performs machine loading and unloading, deburring, sanding, bead blasting and grinding and uses shears or saws to fabricate parts to print.Rack and unrack parts from the paint line as directed.Spot welding and fastener presses.Complete nonconformance records according to established procedures and GMP requirements.Moves material to the next process station.Complete Daily Log.
Qualifications:
Relative Work Experience: 6 months' relative work experience Key Competencies:
Ability to follow established procedures and ensure accuracy in documentation and data; concentrate on routine work details.Ability to use basic measuring devices.
Job Summary:
This role supports Helmer Scientific, part of Trane Technologies Life Sciences Portfolio. Helmer Scientific designs, integrates, manufactures, markets, and distributes specialized medical and laboratory equipment to clinical and life science customers in over 125 countries, as well as provide after-market service and support.
The General Fabricator: Operates painting and other operations in the fabrication department

Qualifications:

Physical Requirements: May vary based on area of work and could require the ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel and crouch for the duration of the shift. Use of hands to carry, feel and grasp parts and machinery and lifting up to 30 pounds. The work environment is temperature controlled.
Base Compensation is $18.00/HR
