Rotation at Prefab for (4) weeks total Understand Fabrication Process Prefab order releases through job connect with supervision of foreman Prefab order releases thru job connect Work with superintendent to develop prefab schedule and scopes of work

Cost and Budget Management

Perform quantity take-off for his/her scope of work Maintain budgets weekly with hours used and work in place. Understand the hours in the budget for specific scopes of work and activities.  Create a take off for a specific scope of work and perform work within established budget

Schedule Management

Ability to develop a 2-4 week look ahead schedule. Developing 4-8 week look ahead schedule. Developing 12-36 week look ahead schedule. Develop an entire building schedule from start to finish. Ability to compile material lists to align with 2 week look ahead. Ensure work is installed on time. Status Schedules. Work with Super for project schedule development and maintenance. Ensure work is completed within the labor and equipment budget. Identify, Document, and Communicate project constraints Receive training on developing schedules, schedule methods, P6, Gant Charts, and Pull Planning scheduling. Remove project constraints. Document the Status of the project weekly verifying budget mishaps and rectifying any issues and correct them so they don’t run away with work remaining based off of schedules created.

Communications Management

Procurement / Material / Logistics Management

Keep Track of Tools Inventory of all tools & equipment at the day’s end for assigned tools & equipment Foreman and Crew leader are responsible for all clean up related to their scope of work Proficient in Material Ordering through POL Identify all tools and equipment required to support each crew Assign Gang Boxes to Each Crew Perform Tool Inspections on a Consistent Basis

Resource Management

Managing Crew and keeping them on task Keep control of breaks (minimize lost time due to personal breaks, smoking breaks, and conversation time) Productivity Planning for Crews' Assigned Scope of Work Ensure Crew Meets Daily Productivity Benchmarks Is responsible for crew productivity Ensure work is installed on-time Develop Successor Prior to Leaving Project or Being Promoted Consistently involve HR in projects to ensure compliance and employee satisfaction Monitor and Manage Employee BTA Points Immediately Address Truency or Absenteeism Concerns (BTA Points) Responsible for an area of work or system (Might be: Floor/Area/Building/System) Assist superintendent with hiring and interviewing candidates Ensure work is completed within the labor and equipment budget (both of which are developed by the foreman) Monitor overtime hours worked on projects

Quality Management

Complete quality control inspections of work completed Must follow established QC plan & check lists Ensure work is completed per applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards Crew Leader provides weekly list of items impacting his scope of work, site specific information needed, materials needed - to Foreman in preparation for Foreman meeting Submits daily reports each day – daily report includes audit of daily production targets Maintain accurate as built drawings Properly document and return the QC checklists to site QC representative

Operational Risk Management / Safety

Must follow the established procedures for responding and reporting accidents and incidents Leads 10 minute daily ORM meetings Ensures his team is working safe and following all jobsite safety requirements All AHA’s related to Foreman’s scope of work must be reviewed, signed by each crew member, and stored at their gang box in the field Completion of a Site Specific LOTO Accident/Incident Reporting & Investigation

Commissioning Management

Represent M.C. Dean commissioning in meetings with the owner and/or their representatives Support and assist in M.C. Dean’s initiatives for modular design, testing and reporting processes. Develop schedules for the commissioning efforts that aligns and meets the project’s schedule requirements and milestones. CX Agent and project super work with foreman to develop schedules for the commissioning efforts that aligns and meets the project’s schedule requirements and milestones with there current progress.

Crew Management:

Up to 50+ Employees

Electrical and Leadership Experience

Minimum (10-11) years’ experience in the electrical field with a high school diploma Minimum (5) years’ experience as a Foreman Management of $5-10 Million in scope of work

Certifications

USACE QA/QC CERTIFICATION OSHA 30 Certification NFPA 70E Certification Journeymen's License Certification in a specialty system (i.e. lighting control, isolation panels, switch gear, or any vendor start-ups/certification) Master Journeymen's License, desire

Physical Abilities

Lifts at least 100 pounds at one time and 60 pounds for an extended period of time. Relocates a 12-foot stepladder without assistance. Works at various heights up to 60 feet and can climb and maintain balance on scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks and all types of ladders.   Walks, climbs, lifts, squats, crawls, kneels, pushes, pulls and reaches overhead on a routine and repetitive basis. Possess good vision (may be corrected vision), the ability to see in color, and the ability to hear and communicate in English. May use a standard ladder without exceeding the weight limit while carrying tools. Tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong.  It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem.   Apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.
