Writes and revises job descriptions as necessary. + Prepares letters of offer, ensuring appropriate language is included, gathers and assembles supporting documents for offer packets, a detailed multi-step process requiring routing to multiple stakeholders to review and approve. + **Onboarding and Offboarding:** + Compiles and distributes informational materials to ensure new employees have a successful onboarding experience and are properly introduced to the requirements and culture of the Department. + Facilitates the separation process for resignations, retirements, and terminations. + **Payroll:** + Serves as the department's payroll liaison, monitoring and managing all payroll transactions for the Department of Medicine.
