**General Labor** Adecco is seeking reliable and motivated General Laborers near Waller, Tx and Montgomery, Tx. You’ll work on various job sites assisting with the installation of waterproofing systems and flooring. No two days are the same, and you’ll get hands-on experience in a growing trade with opportunities to advance. **Responsibilities:** + Assist with surface prep for waterproofing and flooring installation + Apply waterproofing membranes, coatings, and sealants + Lay various types of flooring (vinyl, epoxy, tile, etc.) + Load/unload materials and maintain a clean job site + Operate hand and power tools safely + Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leads + Ensure compliance with safety protocols at all times **Qualifications:** + Prior experience in construction, waterproofing, or flooring is a plus (but not required) + Willingness to learn and work in physically demanding conditions + Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform tasks on ladders or in confined spaces + Reliable transportation to and from job sites + Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-player attitude + Must be authorized to work in the U.S. What’s in it for you: · Weekly pay starting at $16/hr · Benefits after 1 week (Medical, Vision, Dental, 401k, and more) Click on Apply Now to be considered for the General Labor positions in Waller and Montgomery, Tx **Pay Details:** $16.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
